Data analysis and collect of experts’ feedback to design personae and relevant journeys.

Close cooperation with technical provider and SEO provider throughout the preparatory phase (technical specificities, tree structure, wording).

Ergonomic and graphic design on the whole responsive website.

User tests on prototypes and post-productions optimisation.

Drafting of functional specifications and monitoring of the technical provider.
